Supported: .xlsx or .xls — maximum 10 MB. Members with emails already registered will be automatically deducted from the invoice.

How Group Registration Works
Fill in your contact details — you are the group leader and billing contact.
Download the Excel template, add each member's details, and upload the file.
A single invoice for the whole group is sent to your email.
If any member's email is already registered, they are deducted from the total with an explanation.
Group Pricing
Your country and attendance mode automatically set the pricing tier for the whole group.
EAC countries (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, DR Congo, Somalia) receive subsidised rates.
All other countries are billed at the international delegate rate.
1 USD ≈ KES 130  ·  Per-member rate applies to all billed members.
