Delegate

This option is for individuals who are attending the event and wish to register themselves independently.

Corporates

This option allows a single individual to register multiple attendees from the same organization.

Exhibitor

This option allows an organization to register as an exhibitor, showcasing its products and services while also registering multiple representatives.

Sponsor

This option allows an organization to register as a sponsor, gaining visibility and branding opportunities while registering multiple representatives.

Abstract/Project Brief

Authors are invited to submit a single abstract or a project brief (PDF format only). A review fee is required before the pdf is forwarded to the evaluation panel. Authors requesting a booth must also pay the applicable booth fee.

This option is for Summit Secretariats responsible for managing registrations, verifying participant details, and overseeing event coordination. Only authorized personnel should log in.

Registration & Participation Guidelines

To ensure a smooth registration process, please take note of the following guidelines:

▶ DELEGATES: All individual delegates must pay the required registration fee before their participation is confirmed.

▶ CORPORATES: Organizations registering multiple attendees are required to pay the registration fee for each participant.

▶ SPONSORS: Each sponsor is allowed to register a maximum of five (5) complementary attendees as part of their sponsorship package.

▶ EXHIBITORS: Exhibitors requesting a booth are required to pay a booth fee in addition to the registration fee. Only two people are allowed per booth.

▶ Abstract/Project Brief: Each author may submit only one abstract/project brief in PDF format. Payment of the review fee is mandatory, and booth requests attract an additional booth fee.
